Understanding the results

The probability shown above is a prediction of the likelihood that the given patient will develop wounds as calculated by Signature HealthCARE’s predictive model. The higher the percentage, the higher risk this patient has for developing a wound. The probability is then stratified into three risk levels: low, medium, and high risk. Note that this tool is an estimation of patient risk and actual outcomes may differ.
