Nashville Updates
Dear Signature Family,
As you may be aware, many of our facilities have unfortunately been impacted by the devastating bombing in downtown Nashville. At this time, our telecommunication network in many of our facilities in our Mid-South Regions in Tennessee and some facilities in our Commonwealth Regions in Kentucky have been impacted as widespread outages in our ATT Telecommunications systems are effecting other related networks in our Signature HealthCARE communities. During catastrophic events, like this, the situation is constantly changing.
At this point in time, one of our facilities does not have internet service, Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky.
A small number of buildings that have AT&T as a secondary internet connection may experience slower internet speeds due to the outages in the ATT Telecommunications system, and the following buildings in our Tennessee and Kentucky regions currently have no telephone service: Southern Pines, Madison, Clarksville, Standing Stone, Bowling Green, Oakview, Portland and Morgantown.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience these outages may cause, but rest assured we are working diligently with the proper technical and telecommunication representatives to get our facilities back online. We do ask for your patience as we currently have no specifics about service restoration at this point as the investigation and repair are just beginning in this unfortunate incident in Nashville.
We are very thankful that all of our residents, staff and facilities have remained safe.
