Requirements

• Long-term care nurse experienced in MDS
  
• Knowledgeable of PDPM, Managed Care, and Medicaid Case Mix
• Exhibit competency in all areas of the Resident Assessment Instrument
  (RAI) process
• Monitoring of facility Quality Measures
• Understanding of patient care planning and coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to
  prioritize, coordinate, and multitask
• Function independently, and have flexibility,
  personal integrity, and the ability to work
  effectively with an Interdisciplinary Team
