Victoria Alexander-CarneyVice President of Learning & Development
With more than a decade of experience in designing and delivering learning experiences, Victoria Alexander joined the Revolution in May of 2014 as its Senior Instructional Designer before moving into expanding roles with the Learning Design and Communities of Practice teams.
In her current role, Victoria leads the Signature Learning team in the creation of interactive, engaging and authentic learning experiences for online and face-to-face delivery.
Victoria earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville and her Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has served in a variety of capacities over her professional career, including Vice President of Curriculum at The Learning House, Inc.
A Louisville native, Victoria has always served her community. She is deeply involved in church ministry and volunteers with organizations that serve underprivileged populations. She is also a proud wife and mother of two sons. Victoria daily lives out the mission and vision of Signature and is an inspiration to all who know her.
