An Important Message To Our Community About Hurricane Irma

Dear Signature Community,

Full power is restored to all Signature HealthCARE locations in Florida. Phone service has returned to most locations, however if you experience difficulty reaching one of our communities, please do not worry. We continue to work diligently to restore all phone and internet service.

If you have an immediate need to speak with one of our buildings and cannot reach them, please call 502-216-6568. The Toll-Free Weather Hotline 888-743-9404 will be available through the weekend with updates, as well.

All Signature HealthCARE operations are restored in all Georgia and Florida locations, with the exception of Signature HealthCARE of Palm Beach and Brookwood Gardens. Our local teams are aggressively contacting state and local officials for assistance in power restoration in these two buildings.

We at Signature are very fortunate as we did not sustain damages that are beyond repair. Our generators functioned as they should to provide necessary power to our buildings. At no point did we completely lose communication modes to our buildings. Together we walked through the darkest hours of the storm as one Signature family. We continue focus our energy on prayerful hope and positively helping others.

Our heartfelt thanks continue to pour out for the Signature staff who performed beautifully and served our residents and families with compassion and selflessness during this entire weather event.
