Sixteen Signature HealthCARE Homes Named On AHCA’s Quality Award Program List

JUNE 7, 2019

Louisville, Ky. – June 7, 2019 – Every year the American Health Care Association recognizes long-term and short-term care facilities across the country for their performance and excellence. Signature HealthCARE is proud to honor 16 homes for earning their spot on the list.

According to AHCA’s website, the program is based on the core values and criteria of the Baldridge Performance Excellence Program. The framework established by this program serves as a guide to organizations to better evaluate and assess performance as well as where improvements can be made.

The National Quality Award Program for AHCA is a progressive award program that requires recognition at each level before advancement to the next level. The first level is the Bronze Award – Commitment to Quality, followed by the Silver Award – Achievement in Quality, and lastly the Gold Award – Excellence in Quality.

“To be recognized by AHCA for our commitment to excellence is a huge honor,” Joe Steier, President and CEO of Signature HealthCARE, said. “The steps our revolutionary leaders are taking every day to reach the next level while continuing to grow is a true representation of the care we are proud to offer.”
